Strategic Internal Communication - Your Input Matters!

What does taking a strategic approach to internal communication mean to you?

At the Centre for Strategic Communication Excellence, we’ve partnered with Haiilo to explore how internal communication professionals perceive their influence within their organisations and approach their internal communication work.

Our goal is to pinpoint the barriers preventing internal communication professionals from adopting a strategic mindset and showcasing their value within their organisations. That's where you come in.

Your insights are invaluable in shaping the conversation on strategic internal communication to drive real results. Together, we'll explore:

    ○ The core elements of a strategic approach to internal communication
    ○ The pathways to strategic communication
    ○ The impact of strategic communication within organisations
    ○ The role of AI in strategic initiatives

By becoming a valued contributor, you'll be among the first to access our exclusive comprehensive report, packed with actionable insights to tackle obstacles and showcase the importance of strategic internal communication in any organisation.

This brief survey takes roughly six minutes to complete. Don't miss this chance to have your say.

*Please note this survey is for communication professionals directly involved in planning, developing or executing internal communication within their organisation or their clients’ organisations.

Edelman Trust Barometer: Insights for the Technology Sector

Edelman recently shared key insights from its Trust Barometer, focusing particularly on the tech industry. These findings shed light on trust levels in artificial intelligence and the broader tech sector. Here's a summary of what was found:

    1. High trust in the tech sector does not translate to trust in AI

    2. Technology continues to lose its trust lead among industries

    3. Tech trust remains strong in developing markets, wanes in developed

    4. Politically, the right and left both reject AI

    5. Trust in AI companies is declining

    6. Job loss not a main driver of resistance to AI

    7. Path to acceptance is explaining the benefits for citisens and for society

    8. High trust, high expectations from tech employees

These findings highlight the crucial role of communication professionals in navigating the use of AI. We must remain aware of the general mistrust of artificial intelligence, when communicating about the technology, or when helping decision makers develop policy regarding its use.
