Our Partners
We work globally with a select group of partners that share our goals and values to deliver research, professional development and strategic communication services. We are honoured to introduce you to the people we are fortunate to call our partners.

Mike has designed, conducted and led internal research initiatives for global multinationals, public sector organisations, and merger and acquisition activities, and managed political campaigns in more than 10 American states. He is a former Regional Chair of the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC), holds an MBA from London Business School and is a certified Strategic Communication Management Professional (SCMP). Mike is also the founder of #WeLeadComms, an initiative that recognises the idea of “communication leadership” – the role of initiative, courage and agency – as a driver of the work being done by communication professionals all over the world.

Julie Gillespie
Partner
Australia-based mental wellbeing consultant, Julie Gillespie has her mission clearly in sight; to help organisations create safe workplaces, where every person can turn up as their ‘best’ self, every day. Julie partners with the whole organisation to raise awareness, grow and strengthen capabilities, and build and sustain the capacity of individuals, teams, and leaders – establishing an environment that supports choice, flexibility, and high performance. With experience in tough roles in insanely competitive industries, and having her own mental health challenges, Julie knows that the deadlines never stop, and that workplaces can impact on mood, relationships, trust, and productivity. Julie works with all sizes of businesses, across all industries, getting the whole organisation on board, starting conversations that create connectedness, engagement, and has people turning up, owning their choices.
