The Centre for Strategic Communication Excellence (CSCE) proudly announces Edyta Blachowska, a highly accomplished internal communication leader, as its newest Fellow. With over 15 years of experience driving award-winning communication strategies, Edyta brings a wealth of expertise to the global CSCE community.
As the Director of Internal Communication at Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego, Poland’s development bank, Edyta has transformed internal communication practices, aligning them with business objectives. Her leadership during times of crisis, including the COVID-19 pandemic and the Ukraine war, has earned her team 15 international and five national awards, including the prestigious title of “Best Internal Communication Team” in Poland.

Edyta is deeply committed to fostering the growth of internal communication professionals in Poland. She established a quarterly networking hub for internal communication professionals in the Polish banking sector and actively collaborates with the Institute of Internal Communication (IoIC), where she is developing a Polish competency framework to elevate industry standards.

As a judge for prestigious communication awards, including the Golden Clips, and an active member of both the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC) and the Polish Association of Public Relations, Edyta continues to shape the future of the internal communication profession.
