Howard Krais Named CSCE Fellow for Transformative Leadership and Contributions to Strategic Communication
The Centre for Strategic Communication Excellence (CSCE) proudly recognises Howard Krais FCSCE as its newest CSCE Fellow, honouring his extraordinary contributions to the communication profession, global influence, and unwavering commitment to advancing strategic communication practice.
A respected leader, innovator, and mentor, Howard has spent more than three decades shaping the profession, advancing best practice, driving organisational transformation, and supporting the growth of communication professionals worldwide.

Throughout his distinguished career, Howard has served in senior communication roles across global organisations including NatWest, Adecco UK, Eversheds, EY, GSK, and Johnson Matthey. He has led award-winning communication initiatives, championed employee engagement, and driven largescale cultural and organisational change.
His most profound contribution to the profession’s body of knowledge centres on organisational listening. Co-authoring the seminal book Leading the Listening Organisation (Routledge, 2023), Howard has shaped a new frontier in communication practice that positions listening as a strategic, transformative capability for organisations worldwide.
