Jane Mitchell

UK-based Jane Mitchell is an independent advisor to organisations, global and local, public and private, with a particular focus on supporting them in developing and embedding values and ethics programmes. From Codes of Ethics to values-based leadership programmes, and guiding Executive Teams, Jane helps organisations to connect dots that may be apparently disconnected. These include Rolls-Royce plc, BAE Systems, BP, Tesco, Schlumberger, Serco, Meggitt, Airbus. She has served as a member of the International Association of Business Communicators International (IABC) Executive Board, is a Past President of the IABC UK Chapter and past member of the EMENA Board. She is also a founding board member of leading engagement agency Karian and Box, also based in the UK.
Mike Klein
Partner/Trainer
Mike Klein is an Iceland-based communication strategist, researcher and consultant with extensive internal and political communication experience. Mike has designed, conducted and led internal research initiatives for global multinationals, public sector organisations, and merger and acquisition activities, and managed political campaigns in more than 10 American states. He is a former Regional Chair of the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC), holds an MBA from London Business School and is a certified Strategic Communication Management Professional (SCMP). Mike is also the founder of #WeLeadComms, an initiative that recognises the idea of “communication leadership” – the role of initiative, courage and agency – as a driver of the work being done by communication professionals all over the world.
Julie Gillespie

Australia-based mental wellbeing consultant, Julie Gillespie has her mission clearly in sight; to help organisations create safe workplaces, where every person can turn up as their ‘best’ self, every day. Julie partners with the whole organisation to raise awareness, grow and strengthen capabilities, and build and sustain the capacity of individuals, teams, and leaders – establishing an environment that supports choice, flexibility, and high performance. With experience in tough roles in insanely competitive industries, and having her own mental health challenges, Julie knows that the deadlines never stop, and that workplaces can impact on mood, relationships, trust, and productivity. Julie works with all sizes of businesses, across all industries, getting the whole organisation on board, starting conversations that create connectedness, engagement, and has people turning up, owning their choices.
Howard Krais
Howard co-founded True; a business set up to help organisations build winning cultures through maximising the potential of their people, in early 2023.
Before True, Howard spent much of his career in senior in-house communications and engagement roles at businesses such as Ernst & Young, GSK and latterly Johnson Matthey.
Over the past five and a half years, together with colleague Mike Pounsford and Kevin Ruck, Howard has led work focused on how organisations listen. Following four ground-breaking reports, a book, entitled “Leading the Listening Organisation” was published by Routledge in December 2023.
Howard was President of the UK chapter of the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC) for two years (2019-21), and Chairman of Wealdstone Football Club (2007-16).
Ann-Marie Blake

UK-based Ann-Marie Blake is co-founder True, a business set up to help organisations build winning cultures through maximising the potential of their people. She has over 25 years’ experience in communications where she’s worked both in-house and as a consultant for major global corporations.
Ann-Marie is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Public Relations (CIPR), Chartered PR Practitioner and currently serves as Secretary/Treasurer on the International Executive Board of the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC).
Ann-Marie is a founder member of the Public Relations and Communications Association (PRCA) Race & Ethnicity Equity Board (REEB) that exists to create proportional racial equity within the PR and communications industry.
Andy Green

UK-based Andy Green is cofounder of the Dublin Conversations and social enterprise Grow Social Capital.
He enables individuals, teams, and organisations to transform their purposefulness by identifying their authentic purpose, values, and persona in easier, more accessible, and sustainable ways – the most powerful assets for realising your ultimate potential and goals, as well as the best tool for your time management. Author of six books, translated into eight languages, on creative communication, Andy is passionate about enabling people to realise their potential and make the most of their situations. He even runs creativity classes on the London Tube. Andy’s wider work focuses on how we can nurture inclusive social identities to overcome growing social division, polarisation, and distrust.
Jo Detavernier

Jo Detavernier brings nearly two decades of experience in corporate communication and B2B public relations. Early in his career, Jo worked for leading independent PR agencies in Brussels. Since 2008, he has been based in Texas, where he founded and manages his boutique agency, Detavernier Strategic Communication. Jo holds both SMCP (IABC) certification and APR (PRSA) accreditation. In 2022, he contributed to the second edition of the “Handbook of Crisis Communication” edited by W. Timothy Coombs and Sherry J. Holladay. In addition to his consulting work, Jo is a seasoned media trainer. He has trained hundreds of executives across diverse industries, including food, entertainment, finance, mass transportation, and education. A native of Belgium, Jo is fluent in English, Dutch, French, and German.
Fady Ramzy
Fady Ramzy is an independent consultant and trainer specialising in online communication and social media, with over 27 years of international experience. He serves as an adjunct faculty member at The American University in Cairo, training and mentoring across the School of Global Affairs & Public Policy, the School of Business, and the School of Continuing Education. Fady has worked with global organisations such as Google, Facebook, Thomson Reuters Foundation, and the UN, delivering strategic training and consultancy services. He co-founded InsideOut Today, a regional research and development hub focusing on emerging technologies like AI, machine learning, and the semantic web. As an international speaker and media figure, Fady frequently appears on BBC, CNN, SkyNews Arabia, and other prominent networks.
Bonnie Caver is an award-winning brand strategist and reputation architect. She is the founder and CEO of Reputation Lighthouse, a branding and reputation marketing firm with United States offices in Denver, Colorado and Austin, Texas. Her boutique firm focuses on leading companies around the globe to create, accelerate, and protect their brands, especially in times of disruption and transformation. She is a certified strategic change management professional (Kellogg School of Management), and a certified crisis manager (Institute of Crisis Management). She is one of few in the world to hold an advanced certification for reputation through the Reputation Institute (now the RepTrak Company).
